properties, today announced that it plans to sell 10,000,000 shares of
its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The company also
plans to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an
additional 1,500,000 shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if

the previously announced acquisition of the 90% interest not currently
